The Evora S at Lipscomb

The Evora S blends the sublime handling attributes of the Lotus Evora with the knock-out punch of a supercharged V6. Delivering even more attitude, the forced induction engine delivers 345 hp (350 PS) and 295 lbft (400 Nm) of torque. There’s no appreciable weight gain: at 1,436kg the Evora S is still lightweight, muscling from 0 to 60mph in 4.6 seconds, powering it to its 172mph maximum. Power delivery is instantaneous, and this incredible chassis takes the power gain in its stride.

The Evora S benefits from revised dampers, upper front wishbones and a stronger rear anti-roll bar. With the touch of a button the Evora S changes personality again. Sport mode causes the revs to rise, the exhaust soundtrack to sharpen and the throttle to tighten. This is Lotus as its finest.
