Alfa Romeo Motability

For any motorist with a disability, the government-backed Motability Scheme represents an invaluable initiative. In exchange for your eligible mobility allowance, you will be able to take out a three-year lease on a brand-new vehicle from some of the world’s foremost automotive manufacturers, including Alfa Romeo.

Here at Lipscomb Alfa Romeo in Maidstone, we’re delighted to be a supporter of the Motability Scheme, with specialists on-site to help process your application and arrange for delivery of your chosen vehicle. We’ll sit down and guide you through the process from beginning to end, checking your eligibility and advising on what the scheme includes.

Am I eligible?

In order to benefit from the Motability Scheme, you should have at least 12 months’ award remaining on one of the following:

  • Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (HRMC DLA)
  • Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (ERMC PIP)
  • War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)

What does the scheme include?

In addition to the lease on a brand-new Alfa Romeo car, the Motability Scheme also features a number of additional benefits. Among them, you’ll be able to name up to two drivers, as well as take advantage of:

  • Fully comprehensive insurance available for up to two people
  • Servicing and maintenance
  • Windscreen and tyre replacement
  • Breakdown cover
  • Road fund licence
