Lipscomb Ashford is a Fiat and Abarth dealership selling new and used cars alongside a selection of non-franchised vehicles sourced from within the group. Over the past few years the business has grown in volume and is now looking to further develop the team.

With the iconic Fiat 500 models volume has grown and now with the introduction of 500X, Tipo and an expanding Abarth family volume is set to increase further in 2017.
You will be responsible for achieving targets for both new and used car sales, finance and other associated products. With the fast moving pace of the industry you will need to possess the ability to consistently demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills to drive volume of this popular marque.
You will manage your customer database to develop relationships with existing owners as well as prospect activity to attract conquest customers to the brand.Duties will include:
