We are pleased to announce that following government advice, our service departments have now re-opened for service and repairs to all customers at our Canterbury and Maidstone dealerships.Our Ashford service department remains temporarily closed, with all service and repairs for these customers being facilitated through our Maidstone dealership for the time being.
For your safety, we will be adhering to government guidelines on social distancing and sanitation practices, allowing you to visit us with total peace of mind, so you will see a few changes when visiting the team.This includes the request for all customers to use the provided hand sanitiser on arrival and when leaving the showroom, footprints on the floor identifying the correct 2m distancing from other people within the dealerships and protective screens on service advisors desks to name a few.We would also encourage all customers coming into the dealership to please come alone where possible and make sure an appointment has been confirmed with a member of staff prior to visiting the dealership.
Whilst your vehicle is in our workshop, disposable 5-in-1 protective sets for seats, steering wheels, gear knob, handbrake and floor mats will be used and all touch points will be sanitised, such as handles, steering wheel, dashboard, gear lever, button and switches, seat belts, keys etc. Please be assured these measures have been taken as a precaution not only for our staff, but also to give you reassurance that visiting us has and will continue to be a safe and welcoming experience.
