The new Abarth 500e is every bit as stylish and sportily inclined as its fuel-powered sibling – and it’s 100% electric. Thanks to its zippy turn of pace, the 500e makes short work of city travelling, and it’s easy to live with. For a start, it boasts a roomy front compartment and provides more than enough rear space to comfortably accommodate younger travellers – or a pair of adults on short trips. It’s also one of the tallest vehicles in its class, which means plenty of headroom.
Naturally, a fully electric powertrain produces zero CO2 emissions, ensuring that the 500e is completely eco-friendly and very affordable to run. It also enables a range of up to 164 miles (WLTP).

With the help of 235Nm of instant torque, the 500e is off in no time at all. Indeed, the new Abarth 500e is propelled by a potent combination: a 113.7 kW electric motor and a 42kWh lithium-ion battery, which means it’s enormous fun to drive. The 500e is quick off the mark, delivering 0-62mph in seven seconds, making it the fastest all-electric city car money can buy.
