    What is an MOT?


    An MOT is a yearly inspection that ensures your vehicle meets the minimum safety standards required by law. Every vehicle over three years old is required to have one, and it is illegal to drive a vehicle that has failed its MOT, or to continue to drive one with an expired MOT.
