You may be eligible for the scheme if you are in receipt of one of the following:

Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance (HMRC DLA);
Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of the Personal Independence Payment (ERMC PIP);
War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement (WPMS); or
Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP).

The benefits of the programme are numerous. Besides the most immediate advantage – a cost-effective, stress-free transport solution – the Motability scheme also provides comprehensive insurance cover, regular maintenance, and 60,000-miles’ allowance over three years. After the three-year ownership period, you will receive a brand-new car for your next contract should you choose to continue with the scheme.

The spacious nature and effortless practicality of models in the Fiat range make it the manufacturer of choice for many Motability customers. The Qubo, for example, combines a practical interior with sliding side doors, ensuring easy loading and transportation of mobility equipment such as wheelchairs. The 500 range including the 500X & 500L, meanwhile, offer manoeuvrability and contemporary style without sacrificing interior space.
