Volvo's rearward-facing child seats are
approved for children 61 cm to 115 cm tall. Volvo recommends that children
travel rear-facing in cars until at least 4 years of age.
The child seat is developed and
crash-tested in the same environment that it will be used in – a vehicle. This
includes a variety of positions in the vehicle and a
number of different crash situations.
The child seat has a wide and comfortable
head restraint for the growing child. The child seat can be reclined in three
different positions to adjust the angle of the backrest.
The stylish and functional Volvo
upholstery is made of 100% recycled polyester, providing a durable and
comfortable surface for the child to sit on. Polyester is a strong and
sustainable material that is wear-resistant and keeps its shape over time.
The upholstery is easy to maintain
because it dries quickly. Polyester is also water-resistant, which helps to
keep the surface dry and protect against spills.
The rearward-facing child seat has self-tightening lower anchor straps with hooks for easy installation in Volvo's mounting eyelets.
