Car Sales Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Lipscomb Maidstone is a franchised Volvo car main dealership operating from their Aylesford location with easy access from J6 M20 near Maidstone. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave.
We have a busy sales operation and require a Sales Administrator to join our team working with admin functions in support of the sales department and its internal accounting functions. This includes invoicing and stock control and working closely as a link between accounts and the sales teams. The Sales Administrator is a vital link in the hub of our sales operation working to strict deadlines.
The role will require accurate keyboard skills, good numeracy and attention to detail together with an ability to work as part of a busy team with target objectives to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
