We are seeking an outstanding General Manager to take full ownership of our Maidstone Volvo operation. You will drive growth and profitability across all departments from Sales and Service to customer and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement plans to boost revenue and profit in the Sales and Service Departments.
• Inspirational Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a knowledgeable and skilled team to deliver an industry leading customer experience.
