Product Specialist – Lipscomb Cars Canterbury & Maidstone, Kent

£30,000 per annum plus benefits

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist to represent the Lipscomb range of brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert product guidance and support. As a Product Specialist, you will become the go-to expert on our vehicle range, supporting customers throughout their journey and ensuring they feel confident, informed, and excited about their purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain digital displays of new and used vehicles in line with guidelines, ensuring accurate images, videos, descriptions, and pricing across the Lipscomb website and third-party platforms. Meet required media ratios and oversee the on-site presentation of all Manufacturer vehicles.

• Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge across specific brands and models, including features, technology, and specifications.
  
  
• Customer Experience: Deliver engaging and informative vehicle presentations, test drives, and handovers tailored to individual customer needs.
  
  
• Sales Support: Work closely with the Sales & Service Teams to support the customer journey, enhancing conversion through expert product knowledge.
  
  
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, providing a personalised and memorable experience from enquiry to delivery.
  
  
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with new product launches, innovations, and manufacturer training programmes.
