Renewals Specialist – Lipscomb Volvo Canterbury and Maidstone (Kent)

£30000 basic salary plus monthly bonus scheme

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Renewals Specialist to play a key role in retaining and growing our loyal customer base. As a Renewals Specialist, you will take ownership of the customer renewal journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience while maximising retention and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Retention & Growth: Proactively manage and develop a pipeline of customers approaching the end of their finance or ownership cycle, maximising renewal opportunities.
  
  
• Sales Excellence: Identify customer needs and present tailored vehicle and finance solutions to encourage repeat business.
  
  
• Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, delivering an exceptional and personalised experience.
  
  
• Performance Focus: Work towards and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to overall dealership success.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer journey.
