We are seeking a customer focused Transaction Manager to join our busy showroom. You will be responsible for managing both finance and renewals elements of the customer journey by overseeing the sale of finance and insurance (F&I) products, appraising part-exchange vehicles accurately, and driving customer retention through effective renewal management. This dual role maximises profit, maintains compliance, and ensures a smooth transition for customers reaching the end of their finance agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and sell regulated finance and insurance products in a compliant and transparent manner.
• Structure and support deals with the sales team including second facing to optimise profitability and meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with finance providers and stay up to date on product and regulatory matters.
• Manage a rolling database of customers nearing the end of their finance contracts.
• Convert renewal leads into vehicle sales and manage the end-of-agreement process.
• Track and manage sales leads generated through various channels to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
• Monitor lead pipeline metrics and report lead conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure all customer interactions and data handling comply with GDPR and internal data protection policies.
• Oversee deal progression to ensure accurate documentation, funding, and timely handovers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting on finance penetration, renewals activity and deal status.
• Coach and support Sales Consultants in identifying and introducing finance and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Aftersales teams to maximise vehicle lifecycle opportunities.
• Provide a professional, personalised experience throughout the transaction and renewal process.
• Explain finance and product options clearly, including settlement, equity, and upgrade potential.
• Accurately appraise incoming pert-exchange vehicles using trade valuation tools.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Advisor, Business Manager or Transaction Manager preferred
• Franchised dealer sales experience 3 years
• Finance & Business Management experience preferred
• Ability to build strong customer and colleague relationships, leading by example
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer experience
• Full UK driving licence required
