Lipscomb Maidstone is recruiting for a Bodyshop & Smart Repair Consultant to join the team to provide a professional and friendly service to our customers.

As a Bodyshop & Smart Repair Consultant for our Dealership & Bodyshop, you will provide a courteous, welcoming, and professional service as customer liaison both in person, via telephone and email. You will also be responsible for welcoming customers to the Dealership, you will ensure all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome. You will deal with incoming customer & insurance enquiries and make customer bookings.

Qualifications:
You must have previous experience in a similar customer facing role. Motor trade or Bodyshop experience, knowledge of body repairs & estimating systems is desirable but not essential. You will have strong customer service skills, focus, organisational skills and strong desire to exceed customers expectations. You will need to have a full clean driving licence.
