We are looking for a Handover Specialist who can take pride in bringing Polestar’s brand values to life, and ensure all customers enjoy the best possible test drive and handover experience. We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated individual with experience in a customer-centric role.

You will need to form effective working relationships within both sales and after-sales departments as well as with customers. Our Team goal is to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction as possible in all areas.

Your role is to support customers and the sales team in the following areas:

• Providing customers with specific and relevant information about new and used Polestar Cars, accessories and merchandise whilst offering exceptional Polestar Cars product knowledge and insight.
• Planning and performing bespoke product test drives and presentations to customers on new and used cars.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of test drives at customer location of choice.
• Supporting the Handover Manager with retailer product displays and accessory merchandising.
• Planning and delivering customer handovers for new and used cars.
• Photography & Videography of New & Used cars once prepared for sale.

As a Handover Specialist, confident communication skills are key - face-to-face, on the phone and online.

If your application is successful, you will be enrolled on the Polestar training programme; designed to give you all the skills and knowledge needed to deliver the finest customer experience.

This will be a blend of product, systems, and process training including in house or instructor led courses at Polestar UK’s Training and Development Centre.
