This is a rare opportunity to take on an important role within one of the few remaining family-owned dealer groups. Based at our modern and well-equipped Canterbury Volvo facility, this newly available position has not previously been advertised — offering you the chance to step into a key role and make a real and lasting impact.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service / Warranty Administrator to support our busy aftersales department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with Volvo manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure all documentation meets manufacturer and audit requirements
• Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and Volvo brand requirements to resolve queries
• Monitor warranty submissions and follow up on outstanding claims
• Receive incoming booking calls for service and repair and handle customer queries
• Conduct customer pre-calls to confirm bookings, gather relevant information, and ensure a smooth service experience
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Assist team with electronic Vehicle Health Check (eVHC) procedures.
• Support the service team with general administrative duties

About You:

• Previous experience in a service or warranty administration role (automotive preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
• Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
• Comfortable making outbound pre-calls to customers
• Familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous
